Do I need to bring my own phone number?
Optional. Bring your existing business line (we'll port it), or get a new Twilio number in 60 seconds during signup.
Does the AI sound like a robot?
No. It uses production-grade voice synthesis (ElevenLabs Flash) and Claude Haiku 4.5 for the conversation. Real customers regularly don't realize it's AI until told.
What happens when the AI can't answer something?
It captures the lead, hands off to your team via push notification, and pauses bot replies on that thread so a human can take over. The customer's experience is one continuous conversation.
Can I customize what the AI says?
